Heat and Energy Ltd work with Architects, Specifiers, Builders and discerning end users and self builders to empower, facilitate and develop the concept for a feasible specification for a project that will meet the client expectations and budget.
Heat and Energy Ltd work on many different scale projects from renovations, extensions and conversions to high performance new build homes, self-sufficient small-holdings and Paragraph 79 projects.
Being truly independent and working with conventional building methods and heating technologies as well as emerging technologies such as renewables, heat recovery ventilation and high performance building materials, we are able to cut through the jargon and sales hype and define the clients needs and match them with the appropriate solutions to meet their expectations and budget.
Heat and Energy Ltd also offer project contract management, project over-site and bespoke training to make sure that installation details have been properly defined and planned, and ownership of responsibility is also clearly defined to mitigate the risk of future dispute or disappointment and deliver the project according to the clients expectation on time and on budget.

Project Management Consultancy
Project Management Consultancy is available on an hourly basis via Zoom, phone, email or text messaging for help with your project from design brief scoping, product specification and procurement to site hand-holding and remedial diagnosis. We are there when you need us for as long as you need us.
Ventilation Installation Services
Heat and Energy Ltd offer fully accredited design, supply and installation of Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation (MVHR) systems. We work with leading manufacturers and offer many ducting alternatives to fit discretely into the build. We also design and install bespoke systems for existing and hard to treat homes as well as hybrid systems that are designed to work with other heating and cooling technologies.
Self Build Training
Heat and Energy Ltd offer Self build training and know how on installation of many aspects of self build including ventilation ducting, underfloor heating, kitchen cabinets and worktops and various finishes. Training takes place in Swindon, at your site or via Zoom and is subject to prevailing restrictions. If you have a specific requirement we can tailor training to your needs.
